What is scribd?

Scribd.com was a pound-weight Internet advertising company that was active in April 2007. Its headquarters are located in San Francisco (United States). Scribd was founded in 2006 by Trip Adler.

Scribd provides a 160 KB reader that is available in JavaScript and Flash modeling applications. These iPaper pages are available after the transfer of various files (Powerpoint, PDF, Word) and can be shared, archived and included. This reader supports Zoom, search, different looks, print use. However, downloading of books for registered users is held at a limited time.
