On Tezfiles, content owners can publish files on their sites and grant access to those files only to his subscribers. If you see the message “You are not subscribed to… website address” on Tezfiles page with the file, this means that you need to subscribe to this site for accessing it’s files. To do this just click on the website address indicated after You are not subscribed to and pay for the subscription.
Most likely you bought premium access to one site but are trying to download a file belonging to another site. At the bottom of your profile, you can see which site you are subscribed to.

On Tezfiles you can have many subscriptions to many sites, these subscriptions give you access to many types of unique content. You can see a list of your subscriptions in your profile, just scroll page to My subscriptions section.
I bought a Premium subscription but haven’t received it

Please check your email box (including any SPAM or junk folders) for the confirmation email. If you got a confirmation email not from us, but from a payment processor, please send as many payment details to us so that we can find your transaction and make sure the days are credited to your account:
Date of payment
Email you used
Transaction number
Order number
Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
Transaction amount
If you paid with PayPal, please tell us the email you use at PayPal.
Any other relevant details that may help us find your transaction.

If a reseller does not respond within 72 hours contact us. To resolve the issue as soon as possible, send us all the data on the purchase of the code: order number, payment data, date of purchase, etc.
Before contacting us or the reseller for help, be sure to check the spam folder and deleted messages in your inbox, sometimes messages get there by mistake.
